Special conditions

- Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. According to request it is possible to extend the reservation a few days before or after. Please report it in advance

- For any reservation it is necessary to pay 50% as a deposit.

- a deposit check of 500 € UROS (450 +50 € uros) is requested at the start of the stay, the check for 450 euros is returned when the tenant leaves the accommodation if nothing has been damaged.
The check for 50 € uros is returned if the apartment is returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival.

- Arrivals are on Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m., and departure at 10 a.m.

- The price does not include linens.
However, all the equipment necessary for the kitchen is provided. (Plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc.) Linen is provided by the landlord.


-The rental of linens is possible if needed, it is an additional option that you can request.
